Question: What are the guarantees for receiving a parcel?
When a parcel is delivered, the customer is given a package list. He/she checks availability of all his/her orders using this list. After checking, the customer signs a declaration given by the company courier at the presence of the courier. By signing the declaration, the customer releases the company from any responsibility for his/her order.

Question: How to check my size?
Usually, to determine your size, it is sufficient to measure height, chest, waist and hips, while for shoes only foot length. Using the size charts provided on our site, you can determine your size. While measuring, it is better to round up the figures since slightly freer clothes look much better than slightly smaller clothes. In every US online store, there is a size chart next to product description. Simply follow the chart and compare your sizes with US sizes. Question: How long does shipment take?
Total time required for shipping is calculated in following way:

  • delivery of the order to AE office in New York : 5 - 10 days, depending on selected stores (if you purchased goods from different shops, we will wait until all the items of your order are delivered)
  • Upon necessity, you may shorten delivery time by choosing express shipping service provided by a store where you do your shopping. If you choose express shipping service, the goods will be delivered to our NY office within one day (price of express shipping varies from store to store, but you can check it in the store’s website where you make order)
  • Delivery of the parcel from New York to Tashkent; 5-7 days on average, it takes 2 weeks from the moment of payment to the moment of the parcel delivery to your address.
